What if I don't find a match?

No worries — if no match is found in 14 days, we'll notify you and suggest updating your details to improve your chances.

Will my contact details be shared automatically?

Never. You'll see a blurred preview of the match and can choose to approve or reject the connection. Only when both sides agree, we share contact details.

What factors are used to match me?

We match based on same university & intake, travel and accommodation preferences and lifestyle compatibility. You'll get a match score based on these criteria.
