University House is situated near the City Center Campus and is home to a variety of technical service divisions at the University. International Project Space (IPS) is an art gallery housed at the Center for Visual Arts in Bournville. Parkside Building has a number of TV studios and The Curzon Building has modern facilities including a mock courtroom, psychological labs, and a trade room at CITY.
