- Eligible fields of study: Arts and Culture Management including Heritage Conservation and Museum Studies, Economics, Environmental Science/Studies, Higher Education Administration, International Affairs, International Legal Studies, Journalism and Mass Communication, Public Administration, Public Health, Urban and Regional Planning, Women’s Studies/Gender Studies
- Have completed the equivalent of a US bachelor’s degree - a four-year bachelor’s, master’s, or PG Diploma
- At least 55% marks in the last qualified exam
- Minimum 3 years of work experience (paid, full-time)
- Should demonstrate experience in leadership and community service
- Should not have degrees from the US
