How your token comes back

Adjusted when you move forward.

The ₹2,000 is adjusted in full against any premium admission support or other paid service package you avail through GyanDhan. Alternatively, it may be adjusted against your university deposit or payment, wherever applicable and facilitated through GyanDhan. In short — fully adjusted against any premium service or university deposit paid through GyanDhan.

Refunded if you complete counselling and choose not to proceed.

If you complete all three consultant counselling sessions and your loan counselling session with GyanDhan and still choose not to proceed, we refund the ₹2,000 in full. If those sessions are not completed and you do not enrol, the token is not refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of eligibility being confirmed, to your original payment method or by bank transfer.

Is the ₹2,000 refundable?

Yes. If you complete all three consultant counselling sessions and your loan counselling session and then choose not to proceed, we refund it in full within 10 business days. If those sessions aren't completed and you don't enrol, the token isn't refundable.

What if I go ahead with GyanDhan?

The ₹2,000 is adjusted in full — against a premium service you avail through GyanDhan, or against your university deposit paid through us. You never pay it twice.

Is GyanDhan's guidance not free anymore?

Your core admission and loan guidance stays completely free. The token unlocks structured, dedicated support built around your profile — and it comes back to you as a refund or an adjustment.

How do I pay?

Online through our secure payment partner, or with your Student Success Advisor's help over your call.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by our secure payment partner. GyanDhan never stores your card, UPI, or bank details.

Yes, ₹2,000 is inclusive of GST.
