California State University Fullerton is a part of the California State University system and was established in 1957, it became California State University, Fullerton in 1972. It is a public research university with the largest student body in the entire California State University system. The University offers 57 bachelor's degrees, 52 graduate degrees, and 3 doctorate degrees programs.
The University campus is located in Fullerton and is spread over 236 acres of land. Apart from academic and administrative buildings, the campus also has a $143 million housing complex. The housing campus includes five residence halls, a 565-seat dining hall, and a convenience store. There is a Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary as well as a Fullerton Arboretum. There is also a Student recreation center and The Performing Arts Center.
