Each apartment in Euclid Commons and Fenn Tower is provided with a bed, desk and chair, dresser drawers, and closet for each occupant. All Euclid Commons rooms and the quads in Fenn Tower come with additional furnishings, at least a couch and a TV stand/table.

Each resident shares a bathroom with one other occupant.

Full kitchens with a refrigerator, an oven stove, sink, microwave, and dishwasher are available in the Euclid Commons apartments. Each quad in the Fenn Tower has a kitchenette with a sink, stove, and microwave.

The 85-acre CSU campus is situated in the heart of Cleveland's downtown. 40 buildings on the campus, with both traditional and contemporary architectural designs, are utilized for accommodation, administration, research, teaching, and recreation.
