Concordia was ranked first in North America for the second year in a row by the QS Top 50 Under 50 2021 and ranked between 61 and 70 globally for the third year running. According to the Times Higher Education (THE) Young University Rankings 2020, it was placed first in Canada and maintained its position in the top 150 out of 414 institutions.

Concordia earns the biggest increase among top engineering programs in Maclean's 2020 rankings. Concordia jumped up five spots from the previous year to claim the eighth spot in Maclean's rating of Canada's Top 10 Best Engineering Programs.

At Concordia College, acceptance rates are 65.1% which denotes that 65 out of every 100 applications are accepted. This demonstrates the school's medium level of selection. The school is more lenient than other colleges, but they still expect you to satisfy their ACT/SAT and GPA criteria.
