Eligibility & Documents Required for Admission

Test Scores:

Minimum requirements may vary with different programs. It is important to check the university's website before applying.

A minimum GPA of 3.6 is required for international students to get into the university. 
 
Document Checklist:

• English proficiency exam score
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Letters of Recommendation (LORs)
• Valid address and contact information
• Passport copy and photographs
• High School Equivalency Diploma
• Financial documents
• Scanned copies of all prior degrees, certificates and diplomas.
• Transcripts bearing the original text
• Standardized exams for the United States -SAT/ACT/GMAT/GRE

Admission Dates & Process

First year students: Apply at commonapp.org 

Honors/Graduate College Students: Students must answer all questions pertaining to the graduate college on the Common Application. Your application is evaluated as soon as the Common Application and all required documents are submitted.

• $75 application fee  
• Official high school transcript 
• Official SAT (use code 2513) or ACT score (use code 2580) 
• Letter of recommendation 
• Portfolio- required for Architecture, Digital Design, Industrial Design and Interior Design applicants.

Steps to the application process:

1. Open the Common App webpage via the university’s website and select your category- first year, transfer etc.
2. Create Account
3. Login using your credentials and apply.

Application Deadlines 
Fall Semester:

• Early Action I: November 15  
• Early Action II: December 15  
• Honors College: February 1 
• Rolling Admissions: March 1 
• Spring Semester:  November 15 

Cost: 

• In-state Tuition and Fees: $18,016 
• Out-of-State Tuition and Fees: $34,034  
• Room and Board: $14,200
