If applied before September 1 in the year of resumption, all new first-year students and postgraduate students are guaranteed an offer at the university-managed housing. Eight halls of residence in the village and five halls of residence in the city, each with its own particular features and range of room types/prices, are available for undergraduate students to stay in. Both, The City and The Village, have postgraduate housing available. The City is close to the college and the city center and offers brand-new lodging near Freemens Common. Residents will receive a free University shuttle bus pass for convenience in getting to and from the university. The Village is bordered by a lot of green open space. In order to gather postgraduate students together at each location, both campuses provide self-catered housing choices.

The cost of lodging at the halls is between 86 and 178 GBP (about 8,800 and 18,400 INR) per week. All energy costs, fast Wi-Fi, insurance for the contents of the room, fees for scheduled events and activities, and access to round-the-clock support services are all included in the price.

There are athletic stadiums, cafeterias, parks, auditoriums, and fitness centres on the university's bustling campus. The University's clubs for sports and culture ensure that students from different academic fields participate in sports, festivals, concerts, fairs, and exhibitions.

Victoria Park, Wyggeston, and Queen Elizabeth I College, a mile south of the city center, serves as the university's main campus.
