University of Manitoba - Campus Infrastructure

The University of Manitoba's two main campuses are Fort Garry and Bannatyne. The Fort Garry Campus is the largest of the two, located in southern Winnipeg. It houses the majority of the university's faculties and provides amenities such as libraries, residences, laboratories, and athletic complexes. The campus covers 280 hectares and includes a variety of research and recreational facilities. The Bannatyne Campus, located in downtown Winnipeg, houses the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences. It consists of nine buildings next to the Health Sciences Centre and focuses on medical and health science education.

 

In addition to these, the university has several satellite campuses and research stations spread across Manitoba, including specialized centers such as the William Norrie Centre for Social Work Education and the Glenlea Research Station for Agricultural Research.
