Sacred Heart University (SHU) was established to bring social justice to an unequal society. Since then, the university has made a consistent and growing commitment to achieving this goal, both within and externally, to the larger community. As SHU considers major movements aimed at establishing more equal and inclusive societies, the institute believes that power stems from a common vision developed through collaborative work.
Life at SHU is just what the students need when they want to unwind after a long day. Sacred Heart University offers a wide range of opportunities for all students to become a part of around 80 student-run clubs and organisations on campus. These clubs provide an excellent platform for students to meet and interact with like-minded individuals, engage with faculty and staff outside of the classroom, and make meaningful contributions to the Sacred Heart community. These groups hold weekly or biweekly meetings and focus on achieving their specific goals to make a positive impact on the campus.
