The university harbours campuses in Edmonton, the Augustana Campus in Camrose and a staff centre in downtown Calgary. The original north campus of the university consists of 150 buildings which cover 50 city blocks on the south rim of the North Saskatchewan River valley, directly across from downtown Edmonton.
The university has five distributed campuses including, apart from the North Campus, two auxiliary satellites: Campus Saint-Jean in southeast Edmonton, and Augustana Campus in Camrose.
