    Financial Aid & Scholarships by the University of Illinois Springfield

    The Capitals Scholars Honor Scholarship is granted to New First-Year students. The scholarship amount is up to $8,000 per year. $5,000 to $10,000 per year is granted in the form of scholarships under the President’s Award Program (PAP) to freshmen from under-represented sectors.
