The university has been bringing about multiple infrastructural development projects. With its new Smart Freight Center, it seeks to improve the flow of goods and services. It has also developed tools to reduce the construction industry’s carbon footprint. Residing Options

Every U of T campus offers a wide range of residing options and helps you to be a part of the campus life. You could just walk to classes and be a part of on-campus events, athletic facilities, library, movie nights, study groups and club activities. Also, on-campus residing options help students to have healthy dining and laundry options.
Each of the U of T campus has it is on-campus residence options.

The St. George campus consists of three main residences and seven college residences, including the Chestnut Residence, the Graduate House and student family Housing. Each residence has its own culture and rules and different options for the entertainment of students.

The Chestnut residence is open to students from Arts and Science, Architecture, Engineering, Kinesiology & Physical Education and Music. It costs around $16,699.62-$19,877.62 only. It has lots of features including a 15-minute walk from campus, microwave on every residential floor, study rooms, etc.

The Graduate House is open to graduate and second entry students only. Like Chestnut residence, it also got different facilities like shared apartments, single, premium single, double rooms, month-to-month rental, etc. It costs around $842 to $1231 per month.

The third residence offered by St. George Campus is Innis college, which is open for students from Arts and Science, Architecture and Engineering. It costs around $10052.14 only. The facilities include gender-inclusive shared apartment-style residence, a porter on duty for 24 hrs, etc.

Also, it has Loretto College, a new college, St. Michael’s College, Student Family Housing, Trinity College, University College, Victoria University and Woodsworth college residence. 
At Scarborough, students can find on-campus and off-campus housing details.

Financial Aid

U of T Safety Abroad Bursary is provided to those graduate international students who need emergency financial support while being overseas. Heather Munroe-Blum, International Student Exchange Award is provided to graduates who are in need of funds and are participating in exchange programs.

Accessibility Grants Services is provided to cover an international graduate student’s transportation expenses. There are various other scholarships and financial aid provided to international graduate students. The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarships are provided by the University of Toronto for brilliant international students.

The scholarship is provided to those students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance. It takes into account the impact of a student’s activity on his/her school and society. The scholarship is provided annually and covers tuition fees, books, accommodation, and incidental fees for four years. However, this scholarship is provided only to students pursuing undergraduate studies.
