I've had bad experiences in the past where people were unwilling to lend a hand with cleaning and also where people broke my trust by bringing their partners to the house despite others protests.
But I have also seen bachelor pads which have been kept spotless and where all its members got along perfectly. So I know achieving such an atmosphere is definitely possible!
