The University of Reading offers a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Microbiology through its School of Biological Sciences. The BSc Microbiology is a 3-year bachelor's degree that teaches students about the wide variety of microbes, including bacteria, archaea, viruses, fungi, and protozoa.

12th Grade

Students must have completed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Standard XII) with average scores between 83% and 70%, depending on the course. Required subjects include Biology and one other science subject. Acceptable second science subjects are Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Further Maths, Statistics, Psychology, Geography, Environmental Science/Studies, Applied Science, Geology, and Computer Science.

Marks: 69.0

Candidates need a minimum score of 69 overall, with at least 59 in each component or 64 in each component.
