University of Sunderland Fees for International Students

University of Sunderland Requirements for International Students

International applicants must meet both academic and English language entry requirements for their chosen course.

For undergraduate programs, completion of Class 12 (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum overall score of 60% from a recognized education board is required.

For postgraduate programs, a recognized bachelor’s degree with at least 55%–60% aggregate marks or an equivalent GPA is required.
English Language Requirements:

IELTS 6.0 overall (with no band below 5.5) for undergraduate courses.

IELTS 6.5 overall (with no band below 6.0) for postgraduate courses.

Equivalent English tests such as PTE Academic, Duolingo English Test, or TOEFL iBT are also accepted.

Certain courses, including Health Sciences, Engineering, and Media, may have additional subject prerequisites or portfolio requirements.
