The University of Surrey offers a Bachelor of Automotive Engineering (BEng Hons) through its Department of Mechanical Engineering Sciences. The required subjects and their minimum marks are: English - 70% from CBSE or ISC boards, and 80% from most Indian state boards (excluding Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, U.P, Bihar, Gujarat, and Punjab); Mathematics - 80% from ICSE/CBSE/ISC boards, 75% from West Bengal board, and 85% from other boards; Physics - Pass in Standard XII.
