To be eligible, applicants must be high school graduates and meet the following requirements: 1. Smarter Balanced: Achieve a Level 3 or higher in English Language Arts and Mathematics. 2. Curriculum: Meet minimum course requirements with an average grade of C (2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale) or show competencies in areas where requirements are unmet. Additionally, rank in the top 60% of their graduating class or have an ACT score of 18 or above (or equivalent SAT score). Applicants must also have a high school GPA of at least 2.6.
