Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University offers a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Maintenance Science through its Department of Aviation Maintenance Science. 12th Grade

The university does not have a specific cutoff for 12th grade. It accepts students who show they can graduate. Applicants should have completed at least three years of college preparatory mathematics (four years preferred), four years of English, three years of social science, and two years of science (three years preferred, including a lab). Students should also have studied Communication Theory and Skills, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical and Life Sciences, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Required courses in Mathematics include Maintenance Management, Avionics Cybertechnology and Security, and Flight and Safety Science. Required Physical Sciences courses include Avionics Cybertechnology and Security and Maintenance Management, plus two lower-level physical science courses with at least one lab. One lab is required for Flight and Safety Science.
