Application Process for International Technological University

Step One: Prepare Your Application Documents

Gather the following documents to complete your application:

• Statement of Purpose (SOP): This is an essay where you explain the following:
• Why you chose International Technological University (ITU).
• Why you want to study the specific program at ITU.
• How this program will help you achieve your personal and career goals.

The SOP should be no longer than 750 words.

• CV/Resume: You need to submit a resume that is no more than two (2) pages long.

Step Two: Additional Required Documents

In addition to your SOP and CV, you will also need to provide:

• Sealed Official Transcripts from previous institutions.
• Digital scanned copy of your transcript if you have a non-US degree.
• Course-by-course credential evaluation.
• Certificate (optional).
• Proof of English proficiency.
• GRE/GMAT scores (optional).
• A copy of your passport.

Step Three: Start Your Online Application

Begin your application process by filling out the online application form on the university's website.

Step Four: Application Fees

The application fee for this program is:

• USD 100 (approximately INR 8.43 Thousand).

You can pay the fee using:

Students can opt for an Installment Payment Plan, which includes:

• A $100 fee for setting up the plan.
• Only students with good financial standing at ITU can enroll in this plan.
• Students with bounced checks due to insufficient funds are not eligible for installment plans.
• The plan allows for two (2) to three (3) installments.

Installment Plan Payment Schedule:

• The first installment is due on registration day, covering at least three (3) units of tuition plus all mandatory fees, including health insurance.
• The second installment is due one (1) month after the trimester starts, also covering at least three (3) units of tuition.
• The third installment is due two (2) months after the trimester starts. Any remaining balance must be paid at this time.

Step Five: Application Deadline

The deadline for summer applications (May) is:

• 23rd February
