The University of West Florida welcomes all students, including traditional, non-traditional, and international students who are interested in earning a four-year degree. This includes those who already have an associate's degree.
Students can choose from two specializations: Guest Experience Management or Revenue Management and Predictive Analytics.
A common core of courses will help students understand how the global hospitality and tourism industries are connected. These courses are based on important ideas in predictive analytics and quality guest experience management.

12th Grade
To apply, students must have completed high school with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. They should have studied four units of English (with three including substantial writing), three units of mathematics (at algebra I level or higher), three units of natural science (with two including lab work), three units of social science (like history or economics), two units of the same foreign language or American Sign Language, and two additional academic elective units.

Applicants must submit certified transcripts showing all previous academic work, including post-secondary education.
Medical Information:
A Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form must be completed by a physician. These forms should confirm the applicant’s mental and physical fitness to study at the college level.
Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization is required.
Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B is needed, or a signed waiver indicating the applicant’s choice not to be vaccinated.
Proof of medical insurance that meets the University’s requirements must be provided.
Certification of Finances is necessary.
Proof of English language proficiency must be submitted.
A standardized test score (ACT or SAT) is required.

The University offers a payment plan:
For fall and spring semesters, students can pay in up to five installments.

An account balance of $300 or more is required to be eligible for the payment plan.
Late payments will incur fees: $100 for tuition and $50 for housing.
A one-time enrollment charge of $15 will be added to the first payment.
