Aston University Application Process

Step 1: Prepare Your Documents

Before applying, gather all necessary documents. You will need:

• Letter of Recommendation (LOR): This letter should come from someone who knows you well in an academic setting. They should be able to discuss your work ethic, how you interact with others, and why you are suited for higher education or a career.
• If you are still in school or have recently graduated, ask a tutor, teacher, principal, or head teacher for the letter.
• If you left school a while ago, consider asking an employer, volunteer supervisor, or trainer instead.
• For the MSc Data Analytics (including Professional Practice), you need two professional references. At least one must be from an academic referee.

Step 2: Additional Documents Required

Make sure to include any additional documents that may be required for your application. This could include:

• Your academic transcripts
• Proof of English language proficiency (if applicable)
• Personal statement outlining your goals and motivations

Step 4: Application Fees for This Course

The only method for paying tuition fees in installments is through online card payments. The due dates for payments are:

• 50% of tuition fee by 31 October 2021
• 25% of tuition fee by 10 January 2022
• 25% of tuition fee by 25 April 2022
