One full scholarship is given to applicants who are habitually located in India or have previously attended an Indian higher education institution. You must be applying for a DPhil course with research proposals in the appropriate fields of study. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of India.
• International students who have previously enrolled at an Indian higher education institution may also apply for the grant.
