Referral Terms & Conditions

You may use your unique referral link to refer another person(Referred Person) to Gyandhan.

Successful Referral: Referrer will be eligible to earn the referral benefits only if your referred person uses the referrer’s referral link while signing up for the loan eligibility and uses the same account for the education loan sanction and disbursal. Note: If the email ID or mobile number used by the referee for the registration with referral link matches with any Gyandhan’s registered user, then that referral would not be considered successful.

This referral reward will be deposited into the bank account, the details of which should be filled by the referrer in the referral section on the GyanDhan’s Dashboard after user login.The referrer will also need to upload PAN card copy of account holder. As per the government guidelines, any rewards amount exceeding INR 15,000/- in a financial year would attract 5% TDS on the total reward amount in the financial year. This amount can be claimed during ITR filing.

Referrer will be able to see the status of all the referred friends who signed up with referral link for loan eligibility.

The offer may not be combined with any other offer.

Referral benefits: You as a referrer will get INR 5,000 on every successful referral in two instalments- INR 2,500 after the successful loan sanction of the person you referred and INR 2,500 after the loan disbursement of the person you referred. The referrer will get an additional INR 5,000 on every 3rd successful disbursal.

Referral benefits to the person you referred: After their loan is sanctioned, they will earn a reward of INR 2,500.

Validity of rewards: All referral rewards are valid for 1 year. A pending reward that does not convert into a successful referral, and any reward that becomes available for withdrawal but is not withdrawn, will expire 1 year from the date it was earned and cannot be claimed thereafter.

In case of any fraudulent activity by the customer including but not limited to misusing the referral link with any form of mass advertisement aliasing, or violating these Terms & Conditions and the Policies and rules as envisaged on the GyanDhan website, GyanDhan reserves the right to withdraw/change the prize accruable to the customer at its sole discretion.

GyanDhan reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice.
