The Oxford and Cambridge Society of India (OCSI) Scholarship is given to students pursuing undergraduate, graduate, research, or certificate programmes at the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. Every year, one scholar is chosen for the scholarship by the Oxford and Cambridge Society of India. However, the number is subject to change based on the association's decision. OCSI is a partial-cost scholarship that benefits academically and provides financial aid to Indian students while they study.

    What is the eligibility criteria for the Oxford and Cambridge Society of India Scholarships?

    To be eligible for the scholarship, students must first enroll in any part-time or full-time programme at Cambridge University, Oxford University, or any of their affiliated colleges. The candidates are further shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria established by the universities.

    Universities' eligibility criteria are as follows:

  • list items Must be no older than 30 years old as of September 1 of the year of application for the award.
  • list items Admission to Cambridge or Oxford University is required.
  • list items Before the scholarship funds are released, proof of residence at Oxford or Cambridge is required.
  • Candidates are expected to be admitted to Oxford or Cambridge University through the normal academic process. OCSI will not help them with their admissions.
