Scholarships may cover a portion or the entire tuition amount. The percentage of scholarships provided is determined by the funding available to the program/faculty. It has no bearing on the student's academic performance. Please keep in mind that scholarships only cover tuition and do not cover living expenses. Scholarship recipients must still be able to cover their living expenses, according to the Swedish Migration Agency.

To be eligible for a scholarship, you must meet all of the following requirements:
You must be a citizen of a nation other than the EU/EEA (and Switzerland) and pay tuition fees.
You have submitted a complete application to Lund University for Bachelor's or Master's level studies leading to a degree in a regular application cycle. It is important to note that the Lund University programme for which you are asking for a scholarship should be your first option in your application at universityadmissions.se.
External application forms must be completed and submitted online at the university's website. Students must submit a full application as well as a motivation letter.
A motivation letter (about 600 words) should explain why your academic record and reasons for applying to Lund University qualify you for the Scholarship.
Note: Once submitted, applications can be checked and evaluated by the applicants. Changes can be made and the new version of the application can be submitted.
