This initiative by Reliance to financially support talented students by providing scholarships to study at Stanford Graduate School of Business is well-known. However, this scholarship now has been permanently discontinued. The scholarship amount for Indian students studying in the United States is $150,000 USD. The amount covers more than 80% of the cost of attendance at Stanford Graduate Business School, which includes tuition, course fees (annually), living expenses, medical expenses, and other University-related fees.
The fellowship guidelines state that the recipients must return to India once their course is completed. Furthermore, they must work for two years in an Indian organization.
