MPhys in Physics at Cardiff University

Cardiff University has a School of Physics and Astronomy that offers a Master of Physics (MPhys) degree in Physics. This is a four-year degree program that focuses mainly on science. For international students, the tuition fee at Cardiff University is £21,950. To enroll in this degree course, students are required to have an IELTS score.

12th Grade

To be considered for admission, students need an average score of 78-81% in their best four subjects from Standard XII, excluding Hindi and Physical Education. Alternatively, students can qualify with an average of 82%-85% in the top four subjects of the Senior Secondary School Certificate or by completing one or more years of undergraduate study at a recognized university in India. Required subjects include a grade B in Maths and Physics or A*AB-A*BB. If a student is not taking Physics, they must have an A* in Maths. Passing the science practical component of A-level is also necessary if part of the study program.
