They will also learn how to improve early clinical studies to gather evidence for moving a promising drug into Phase II/III clinical testing.

In addition to the taught units, students will take part in clinical trials run by The Christie Experimental Cancer Medicine team.

Each student will have a named supervisor. They will work on tasks related to setting up, delivering, interpreting, and auditing a clinical study.
