The main goal of the Political Science MA program is to offer high-quality teaching and training that covers a wide range of knowledge in the field. This prepares our graduates for many different paths after they finish the Master of Arts in Political Science.
The program uses a traditional approach to meet the various needs of students and get them ready for many academic and professional opportunities.
Some graduates choose to continue their studies by pursuing a PhD or a law degree. Others go on to teach at community colleges or high schools. Many graduates also find jobs in government and politics, such as lobbyists, policy analysts, and campaign consultants, as well as in business and nonprofit organizations.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in Political or Social Science from a recognized institution, or an equivalent approved by Graduate Studies. They must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 in their bachelor's degree and also in the last 60 semester credits.

The tuition fee installment contract helps students who do not receive financial aid. It allows eligible students to defer tuition fees.
There is a $33 non-refundable installment contract fee per semester, and a new contract must be completed each semester.
Campus fees are due by the fee payment deadline, and tuition is split into three payments with a service fee applied to the first payment.
1st Installment: September for Fall / February for Spring - 1/3 Tuition + Contract Fee.
2nd Installment: October for Fall / March for Spring - 1/3 Tuition.
3rd Installment: November for Fall / April for Spring - 1/3 Tuition.
Payments are due at the beginning of each month (September, October, and November for the fall semester and February, March, and April for the spring semester).
