The Master's Program in Exercise Science offers a broad study of how our body works during exercise and physical activities.
Students will learn about the mechanics of exercise, how our body reacts to it, and how we can adapt our training to improve health, prevent diseases, and boost performance.
Graduates will gain knowledge on how exercise and conditioning can improve human function and abilities through a curriculum that is based on current research, hands-on experiences, and original studies.
This program also prepares students for further studies, including doctoral programs and clinical or medical training.
