This program gives students a deep understanding and skills related to computer systems and devices, based on physics and applied math.

This bachelor's degree helps students learn hardware and software skills for designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting systems that use microprocessors, computers, and networks.

Students will study topics such as Analog Electronics II, Digital Circuits, and Microcomputers.

12th Grade

To apply, students must have finished high school. It is suggested that students complete four years of English, three years of Math (including Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II), three years of Social Science (including U.S. History), two years of Science (including one Lab Science), and three years of a single foreign language. Students who have completed up to the third level of a language do not need to take a foreign language at Central Connecticut State University. To be admitted, students should have a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale and be in the top 50% of their graduating class.

TOEFL

Marks: 79.0

A minimum score of 79 on the TOEFL exam is required for admission.

IELTS

Marks: 6.5

Students need to achieve a minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS exam.

DUOLINGO

Marks: 95.0
