Step One: Prepare Your Documents

• Letters of Recommendation (LOR): You need two letters of recommendation from a teacher or counselor. This is part of your application.
• Essays: Write a 500-word essay as part of your application. For the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (BS in HIIM), you must also write a typed autobiographical essay of 300-500 words. This essay should answer the following questions: Why do you want to enter the HIIM profession? What life or work experiences lead you to pursue a degree in HIIM? What are your career goals, and how will a bachelor’s degree in HIIM help you achieve those goals?
• Curriculum Vitae (CV): Submit a professional resume if you are applying for the Bachelor of Architecture (BArch).

Step Two: Additional Documents Required

• Undergraduate Application: Complete the undergraduate application form.
• Academic Records: Submit an official or certified copy of all secondary and post-secondary records or examination results. If you studied at a non-U.S. institution, your credentials must be evaluated by a foreign credential evaluation agency.
• College Credit Results: Submit results from AICE, AP, IB, or CLEP if you earned college credit through these programs.
• English Proficiency: If English is not your native language, submit official TOEFL and/or IELTS test scores.
• GED Transcript: Submit an official GED transcript if applicable.
• Standardized Test Scores: Submit official ACT (code: 0726) and/or Redesigned SAT (code: 5215) results if you are a freshman or sophomore transfer student.
• Copy of Passport: Include a copy of your passport.
• International Student Financial Statement: Complete this statement.
• For B.Arch: Submit a professional statement and a satisfactory portfolio review score.
