12th Grade
To apply, students must have completed high school. They need a minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4. Required subjects include English, Mathematics, Natural Science, Social Science, and a Foreign Language. For the B.F.A. program in Art Education, students should finish 18 semester hours in Foundation courses and the introductory art education course. For the certification track, students must pass a portfolio review, have a 'Good' rating in dispositions, maintain a 2.5 overall GPA, achieve a 3.0 GPA in art courses, and pass the GACE Program Admission Assessment or have qualifying SAT or ACT scores. They must also complete the Georgia Educator Ethics – Program Entry Assessment.
