    12th Grade

    Students need to have a BA or BS degree in Biology or Biochemistry with a minimum GPA of 3.0. They must also have an interview with the faculty before being accepted. Students with other degrees can apply if they have completed 1 year of introductory biology and four upper-level biology courses, along with one year of college-level math, including precalculus. Specific courses are required based on the concentration: Genetics and two semesters of chemistry for Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences, and Ecology for Environmental Biology.
