The following subjects are required: 4 units of English, 1 unit of Visual and/or Performing Arts (which can include courses in music, dance, theatre, or visual arts), 2 units of Algebra I and II, 1 unit of Geometry or another advanced math course that includes Geometry, 1 additional unit of math, 3 units of Natural/Physical Sciences (including at least one lab unit in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Principles of Technology II), 1 unit of Social Studies (including world history and geography), 1 unit of United States History, and 2 units of a Foreign Language.
