Application Process for The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley

Step One: Additional Documents Required

• Provide official transcripts from your previous educational institutions.
• Submit a copy of your valid passport.
• Complete and submit the Certificate of Financial Responsibility (CFR) form.
• Include a bank statement, a scholarship award letter, or any other financial support document that shows you have enough funds for one academic year of study and living expenses.

Step Three: Application Fees

The application fee for this course is USD 50, which is approximately INR 4.21 Thousand.

Payment methods accepted include:

• Credit card
• Wire money transfer

The installment plan consists of four payments:

• The first payment is due by the initial due date.
• The next three payments are due on the first business day of each month after the semester starts.

This payment plan is available only during the fall and spring semesters and does not apply to any unpaid balances from previous semesters.

A non-refundable service charge of $30 is added with the first installment.

Any financial aid or credits must first cover unpaid balances before applying to your account.

If there are any extra charges added to your student account after the first payment, these will be divided evenly among the installments.

A late fee of $5 will be charged if the payment is not received by the due date, and an additional $25 will be charged if payment is not received three days after the due date.
