The Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences aims to prepare students for various careers in government, industry, and teaching at the secondary education level. It also lays a strong foundation for those interested in pursuing graduate studies in mathematics.

12th Grade

To apply, students must have completed high school. They should have at least four units of English, three units of mathematics (including Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry, with Trigonometry recommended), three units of science, and four units of history or social studies. Students need to meet a total of twenty Carnegie high school units, which can include foreign language, computer programming, religion, philosophy, and advanced science and math courses. If students have not completed the required courses, they may still be admitted but must fix these gaps in their first year. Courses taken to fix these gaps cannot count towards their degree.
