The program lasts for two years, divided into six semesters. It starts with an intensive two-week full-time kickoff called the January experience. While students can join during other semesters, they must complete the January experience in the first two weeks of the Winter semester.
The Product Development Program offers a complete and connected set of learning experiences. It prepares engineering professionals to become future leaders in product development and manufacturing.
The Master of Science in Product Development requires a total of 36 credit hours. This includes 33 credit hours of coursework and a three-credit-hour capstone project or thesis.
