Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university that is accredited by a regional accrediting association. They must have completed: three semesters of calculus, six hours of statistics (including Statistical Analysis or an equivalent), one computer programming course or shown the ability to write programs, and Analytic Geometry and Calculus II. Indian students should have a four-year bachelor's degree or a Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) after a three-year bachelor's degree. If applicants do not meet the minimum 3.00 GPA, they can still be considered for admission if they have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher for their last 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits, have worked in the specific profession for over 5 years, obtained a letter of support from a faculty member, and written a detailed statement or essay about their professional experience and potential to succeed academically.

Three Letters of Recommendation are required. These letters can be uploaded by the recommender into the application form. They must be on official letterhead, include personal contact information, a signature, and the current date. An academic reference is preferred. A letter from an employer can be helpful if the job relates to the field you are applying to; otherwise, such letters may not be useful. LORs should be between 2/3 of a page and one page long.
A 1-2 page CV or resume is required. This should summarize all your qualifications, honors, education, and interests. A resume should ideally include:
