The following subjects are required: 4 units of English (focusing on grammar, composition, and literature), 3 units of college prep math (with 4 recommended), 3 units of laboratory science (with 4 recommended), 3 units of history and citizenship (including American history), and 2 additional units from any listed subjects or computer science or foreign language.
