The first eBill for the fall semester is available on August 1, and the first eBill for the spring semester is available on January 2 at one.ou.edu.

Monthly due date for payments is the 25th of each month. If you choose a payment plan, a service charge of 1.5% (18% APR) will be applied to any unpaid balance starting September 26 for fall and February 26 for spring. Service charges and late fees will not be waived for late or non-payment.

Payment Schedule:

• Fall Term: 25% due on August 25, 33% on September 25, 50% on October 25, and 100% on November 25.
• Spring Term: 25% due on January 25, 33% on February 25, 50% on March 25, and 100% on April 25.
• Summer Term: 25% due on June 25 and 100% on July 25.
