B.S. in Computer Science at University of Oklahoma

The University of Oklahoma offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science through its College of Engineering. This program lasts for four years and has a tuition fee of USD 32,163. To be admitted to the B.S. in Computer Science program, students need to prove their English language skills. Accepted tests for this requirement include IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, and PTE.

12th Grade

To be eligible, students must complete 12th grade with a minimum of a 'B' average, which is equivalent to a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. The requirements include: 4 units of English (grammar, composition, literature), 3 units of College Prep Math (algebra I, algebra II, geometry, trigonometry, math analysis, calculus, or AP Statistics; 4 recommended), 3 units of Laboratory Science (not general science; one year of principles of technology can replace one lab course if paired with a traditional lab science), 3 units of History and Citizenship (including one unit of American history and two additional units from history, economics, geography, government, or non-western culture), and 2 additional units from the previously mentioned subjects, computer science, or a foreign language (two years of the same foreign language meets the foreign language requirement). Coursework in music, art, drama, or speech is also recommended.

University of Oklahoma Application Process

Step 1: Additional Documents Required

Step 3: Application Fees for This Course

The application fee is USD 90, which is approximately INR 7.58 Thousand.

Mode of payment: Credit card.

The first fall eBill is available on August 1, and the first spring eBill is available on January 2 at one.ou.edu. Monthly due date is the 25th of each month. Students using the payment plan will incur a monthly service charge of 1.5% (18% APR) on the unpaid balance, starting September 26 for fall and February 26 for spring. Service charges and late fees will not be waived for late or missed payments.

Payment Schedule:

• Fall Term: Pay by August 25, September 25, October 25, and November 25.
• Spring Term: Pay by January 25, February 25, March 25, and April 25.
• Summer Term: Pay by June 25 and July 25.
