To be considered for admission, students from the Indian education system must have an average of at least 60 out of 100 in high school. It is recommended to have at least a B average or a 3.00 GPA on a 4.00 scale. Students should earn a C- or better in 15 college preparatory courses. These include: 4 years in English/Language Arts focusing on writing; 3 years in Mathematics, with at least one course on algebra or statistics; 3 years in Science, including two college-preparatory subjects like biology or chemistry, and one year of lab science; 3 years in Social Studies; and 2 years of a Second Language.
