Applicants need to submit 2 letters of recommendation, ideally from supervisors. Recommenders will select three positive personality traits from a list of ten to describe the candidate. Additionally, recommenders will answer two questions:

The University requires these recommendations from individuals who know your work performance well, preferably a current or former supervisor. The recommender's title is less important than their ability to comment knowledgeably and specifically about you.
Applicants must submit two essays, answering the following questions:
Essay 1: How do you plan to use the Wharton MBA program to achieve your professional goals? Consider your past experience, goals, and Wharton's resources. (500 words)
Essay 2: Considering your background – personal, professional, and/or academic – how will you contribute meaningfully to the Wharton community? (400 words)
Optional Essay: Share any additional information about yourself not found in your application that you want the Admissions Committee to know. This includes any extenuating circumstances like gaps in work, choice of recommenders, or academic performance issues. (500 words)

The application fee is USD 275, approximately INR 23.17 Thousand. Payment methods include credit card and wire money transfer. SRFS offers a five-month and a four-month payment plan for Fall 2023.
Five-Month Plan: Enrollment deadline is July 14, 2023, with the first payment due on July 15, 2023.
Four-Month Plan: Enrollment deadline is July 31, 2023, with the first payment due on August 1, 2023.
Plans are available for both fall and spring semesters, and students must re-enroll each semester even if they participated previously.
