Graduation
Applicants must have a four-year bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with at least 18 hours in accounting from a recognized university. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is not necessary. Applicants should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in all upper-level Accounting courses. Those entering the M.P.A. degree program on conditional status may need to take leveling courses if they earned a grade of 'C' or lower. To earn the M.P.A. degree, students must show proficiency in areas such as accounting, economics, statistics, marketing, management, and finance.
