1. Apply to a Dutch university: Apply and get confirmation from a participating Dutch university.

2. Download the Application Form: Go to the official website and download the Orange Tulip Scholarship (OTS) application form.

3. Fill out this application form:

• Academic background.
• Work experience.
• Make a financial plan for your studies
• Declaration

4. Attach the required documents:

• Include the required documents, such as:
• Admission letter, if available.
