The SIA Youth Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship programme offered by the Ministry of Education, Singapore. The programme aims to provide scholarships to students from India, China, and ASEAN countries, offering an opportunity to pursue a two-year Pre-University education at selected junior colleges in Singapore. The scholarship covers tuition fees, examination fees, living expenses, medical benefits, and accident insurance protection.

There is no set number of scholarships awarded each year, it is determined by the competition. The selected students will receive funding in the following areas:

The SIA youth scholarship application process is entirely online, and any other form is disqualified. Applications can be submitted through the official scholarship website.
Before submitting the documents, candidates must log in with their email address and fill out the application form with the correct information. The following documents are required during the online application process.
If the original documents are not in English, a certified translation of the documents must be provided.

The SIA Youth Scholarship is given to students after a three-stage selection process:
The MOE Customer Service Centre (CSC) is only open by appointment. It is only for services that cannot be completed online or over the phone.

You can change or cancel your reservation online. To make or manage your booking, you will need to provide a Singapore-registered mobile number.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
If you do not receive the scholarship, you should still have enough time to withdraw your university application or find another source of funding before the start of the semester.
Following the close of the application window, the entire process of scrutiny and scholar selection will take 3-4 months.
Students enrolled in correspondence education, certificate programmes, or training are not eligible.
