Australian National University Intake
ANU offers two major intakes each year for most undergraduate and postgraduate programs: the February Intake and the July Intake. Research degrees accept applications throughout the year, depending on supervisor and project availability.

UTS doesn’t have a fixed fee structure across all programs, each degree has its own tuition cost. International students are encouraged to check individual course pages or use the UTS fee estimator to get precise annual fees before applying.

Australian University Entry Requirements
Undergraduate Programs:

For undergraduate admission, UTS requires a recognised qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12, and applicants must also meet UTS English-language proficiency standards such as IELTS (Academic) 6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing, or the equivalent TOEFL/PTE scores.

Australian National University Scholarship for International Students
ANU Chancellor's International Scholarship:

Offers 25% or 50% tuition fee waiver for the entire duration of the student’s program.

Open to students enrolling in flexible double degrees, undergraduate programs, master’s degrees, postgraduate coursework, and graduate certificates.

Selection is based strictly on academic merit.
Dean's International Science Excellence Scholarship:

The scholarship offers a one-time stipend of AUD $5,000, paid after the census date of the semester the student commences.

International students enrolling for the first time in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program under ANU’s College of Science or College of Health & Medicine (including students from partner institutions).

Selection is based on academic merit, with preference for students whose previous academic results are equivalent to a High Distinction at ANU.
ANU University Research Scholarship:

Provides a tax-free stipend of AUD $39,069 per year for full-time Higher Degree Research (HDR) students.

Available to both domestic and international students enrolled in an accredited PhD or MPhil program who meet the minimum academic requirement (typically first-class honours, H1 or equivalent).

Covers tuition fees (for eligible international HDR students) and may include Overseas Student Health Cover, thesis allowance, relocation allowance, and child allowance depending on circumstances.
ANU HDR Fee Merit Scholarship:

Covers full international student tuition fees (ISF) for the duration of the HDR programme.

Also provides Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) including family cover for students on a Student Visa Subclass 500.

Eligible for international students enrolling in a PhD or MPhil (HDR) programme, who have received an ANU University Research Scholarship and have prior academic results equivalent to H1 (First-class Honours) or H1-equivalent.
Research Training Program (RTP) International Fee Offset Scholarship:

Covers full tuition fees for international students enrolled in eligible Higher Degree Research (HDR) programmes (PhD / MPhil), for the standard duration (normally 3 - 3.5 years, with possible extensions).

Also provides Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the student (and family, if on a Student-Visa) for the duration of their research degree.
